面接官にされうる質問に対して、何パターンかの答え方を知っておくことが大切です。
あなたの答えの本質を変える必要はありません。表現、説明の仕方をいくつか準備しておく必要があります。
面接官に伝える長い答えを何度も練習し、暗記しても、あなたの答えに対して次に来る質問が分からず、とても厳しい状況に陥ってしまうこともあります。
ＭＢＡ志望生徒の多くが、一つの答えで質問に答えます。
簡潔に、前もって準備した返答をしましょう。↲
しかし、もし、面接官があなたの返答に対して、更に説明するように求めてきた場合には、答えの本質は変えず、自然に表現のフレーズを変えて返答しましょう。
沈黙や言い換えることができないという状況は、避けましょう。

ステップ１は、質問の意図を正しく理解し、返答する際の正しい道筋をつけておくこと。

質問を理解し、それについてどの程度の返答が必要とされているのか見極める。長く説明した方が良いか、簡潔に述べるほうが良いのか見極めましょう。

質問に対して、適切な答えや言葉が浮かばず黙ってしまうような場合もあります。そのような場合、どうしますか？返答しなければならないのです。このような時に、想像力が重宝します。レッスンでは、この想像力を鍛えていきます。

What do we learn here?
Our focus is very much on improving your answering skills.
Which means we try to provide alternative answers to almost any questions you might be asked by the MBA Admission Committee.
I Speak a Fluent Japanese and this helps explaining some important points to my MBA clients when necessary.
Most of the clients I worked with in the past made the same mistakes.
They only had one answer available to the most commonly asked MBA questions. But when I asked a second question based on their answers, they struggled to respond, or they repeated their previous answers all over again.
To fix this, I train you to have multi-answers to almost every possible question you might be asked during your MBA admission interview session.
I must deeply learn about you and your target MBA program, and will read through your Resume, Cover letter, and essays etc.…, to get a clear understanding of your situation. Then I start creating my original questions based on information you shared.
I will send you the questions that I created before our lesson.
Now you have time to prepare answers to the questions I sent you.
When our lesson begins, I start performing a Mock MBA interview by asking you questions which we both have.
I listen and give you my feedback on your performance.
Rephrasing what you explained by adding my words to it and delivering it to you would be the next.
In this part you would listen to the rephrased response and challenge it for the second time to answer. Now you have 2 responses to a single question that allows you even explain it in two different ways.
We keep doing this method for every single question.
I recommend you start recording our interview and listen to it.
This way you could hear your responses and think of other possible answers you could have given differently.

the question
Step 1 is to know what you are asked and stay on the right path when explaining. Remember my 4 strategy guidelines.
☛Adjusting
your explanation
Make sure you understood the Question and know how much you need to talk about it. Explain long enough. Don’t explain too much.
☛Using
your imagination
There are cases that you might have no words or couldn’t make a Proper explanation.
What would you do in this case?
Obviously you have to respond anyway.
This is when imagination skill comes handy.
We work on this in our lessons. Let me talk about this later.

more Linking words!
Making presentable answers require enough knowledge of using proper linking words to help you speak smoothly. This is also one of our skills we will be working on together.
